We at An Angel's Touch want to make each experience with us the best massage experience you have had.
Our clients are the most important to us and we treat everyone with the utmost respect and consideration.
We ask these few things so that we are able to give everyone the best service and experience possible.
An Angel's Touch policies and procedures are in place out of respect for our valued clients as well as our treasured therapists.
We will always be as fair as possible however, we appreciate your understanding and respecting our policies.

*There is a limit of ONE Groupon service/voucher or Heavenly Special
(unless otherwise stated) per person. NO EXCEPTIONS
*Due to multiple services included in certain sessions, we are unable to see clients as a traditional couples massage in the same room. If you are wanting a traditional couples massage in the same room, please inform us of the services you are wanting and we will let you know if a traditional couples session is possible.
For the convenience of our clients, we are able to schedule two or more people at the same time (subject to availability).
*If you have experienced An Angel's Touch services within the past 6-12 months (Groupon offers vary), you would not be eligible to purchase a Groupon. Restriction is from date of PURCHASE and last date you were in our office. Example, If you were last seen, June 1st and you purchase a Groupon July 1st, this is within the restricted time period. You may still use the Groupon however, an additional charge will be charged in order to use Groupon. Date restriction is from date of purchase of Groupon and last date seen. See our SPECIALS or contact us so that we may share other offers with you.

*In the event you do not show for your scheduled appointment/service ( prepaid session, Groupon, Gift Certificate, etc) and or cancel your appointment less then 24 hours from scheduled time, there will be a $25. charge due at the time of rescheduling your next appointment . If a credit card had been taken at time of scheduling, you will be charged for the late notice of cancellation or no show.
Although we understand "things do happen", by not calling to cancel your appointment within the time requested or by not showing for your appointment, this prevents us from scheduling another client in your appointment time. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy/First time scheduling: 24 hr cancellation is required and appreciated. If you have a prepaid package/visit and have appointment/s scheduled and do not show for your appointment or give less than 24 hour notice, your visit will be forfeited. This means you will loose a visit within your prepaid package or prepaid visit. If you have a Groupon or Living Social and do not show for your appointment or call to cancel and/or reschedule less then 24 hours prior to your appointment (for any reason), you may absolutely reschedule your appointment for an additional nominal fee, payable at time of scheduling your next appointment.
If you are scheduling your first time appointment or you do not have a prepaid session you will be asked for a credit card number to reserve your appointment. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED (an authorization may be obtained) unless you do not give 24 hours or more notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you do not show for your appointment. The charge for cancelling less then 24 hours or not showing for your appointment is, $25.00. NO EXCEPTIONS
*Being on time for your appointment is extremely important. We ask that you plan your travel time accordingly. Please make sure you allow time for traffic, construction, etc. Although we do understand that the unexpected could happen, we do have other clients scheduled before and after your appointment. If you do arrive late for your appointment, a decision will be made at that time to reduce your time of your visit and/or if applicable an option will be given. If one of your options is to reschedule your appointment, and you decide to do so, there will be a charge for rescheduling of $15.00 due at the time of rescheduling.
*Please note, We are located behind the First Choice Emergency Center and across the street from the Neighborhood Wal-Mart.
* Although we do see children/minors for massage services, our facility is not equipped for children to wait while you are receiving your massage services. They may not wait in the lobby or sit in the massage room with you. Please make arrangements for your children outside of our office during your scheduled appointment.
*Please make sure you are able to show your Groupon voucher including the bar-code and bar-code number on your Smart phone or that you have a hard copy at the time of your appointment. Service will not be rendered without a voucher presented.
*We ask that you have your New Client forms completed and printed at time of your appointment. If for any reason you are unable to print and bring these forms with you, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out your forms.

IF FOR ANY REASON THERE IS A CHANGE IN YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
**PLEASE REMEMBER, OUR THERAPISTS WORK EXTREMELY HARD WHEN PROVIDING YOUR SERVICE. OUR QUALITY OF SERVICE IS NOT COMPROMISED BY THE REDUCED PRICING OF YOUR GROUPON OR HEAVENLY SPECIALS. THIS IS A PHYSICAL LABOR SERVICE. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION WITH A GRATUITY BASED ON THE ORIGINAL (NOT THE REDUCED) PRICE OF YOUR SERVICE.
